Improved Customer Service Experience

I've been a Ford customer for 15+years. My previous service experiences at Suburban of Ferndale were SO ROTTEN, (rude, poor communication w/me & body shop-I paid for a month's lease with NO CAR or LOANER) that I went out of the way to another provider rather than return to Suburban of Ferndale. For recent service needs, I was towed to Suburban: And was SO PLEASED to have a totally different experience with a new service representative, Blaize Bailey! She handled the service & repair issues professionally, quickly (despite being negatively interrupted 3x by one of the very service reps I'd avoided before) and remained kind & polite through the entire event. She called me with updates, got me a loaner so I could get to work & TOTALLY TURNED MY SERVICE EXPECTATION AT SUBURBAN FORD INTO A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! From now on, I will go to Suburban Ford of Ferndale, & I will ask specifically for Blaize Bailey. You should, too!

Speedy and no nonsense

Dennis made sure the process was speedy and made sure I was informed of everything that you’d need to know when financing your first car. Kevin maples handled the paper work and was straight forward although I wish we would’ve began talking interest rates from the get go. I still believe Kevin and Dennis did a great job. I would recommend them if you decide to move forward on a used vehicle purchase.

Awesome dealership

Mr. Dennis Lietz is a great professional who also has a great heart. He is a kind-hearted person who was not pushy about the 2010 Ford Escape I bought and told us great stories about his family, which helped my nerves with the buying process. He and Mr. Kevin Maples was able to lower the asking price just a bit to work with my down payment and so far, the vehicle has not disappointed, even with the warranty deal added. I would recommend anyone to this dealership to see Mr. Dennis Lietz who is ready to jump into a great vehicle with a great deal!

Go see the Magic Man, Nicholas Burns

This past December I stopped into Suburban Ford of Ferndale with my four-year-old daughter in tow to passively check out new cars. At the time, I was driving a 2013 Ford Edge Sport which I had considered swapping out for something a bit smaller and more cost effective. Nicholas Burns greeted me, listened our circumstances, the desire to downsize and where I wanted my new payment to be. I couldn?t spend a whole lot of time in the dealership that evening, as I had mom business to tend to. Nick was super understanding, let me know he was going to keep working on a deal for me into the wee hours on the night if necessary and to expect a call from him regarding my options. Less than 24 hours later, I was dropping off my edge and picking up a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion SE the following afternoon, a roughly $200 drop to my monthly car payment and 0% interest. I was blown away, I owed more money on the edge than it was worth and trust me when I say my credit had seen better days. Nick Burns, the Magic Man and his manager Mike somehow made it happen, the result? Easily the best customer service and car buying experience ever! The car Nick put me in had exceeded my expectations and all I had to do was literally tell him what I wanted, stand back and let him work his magic! Thanks again to Suburban Ford of Ferndale, you guys rock!
