Leased and Purchased 2 cars though Dealer

Mighty, Marvelous, Maruader

Dennis was very honest in his dealing with us and made the loan experience--along with Kevin--one that was smooth and very positive. We arrived at the clean and spacious dealership used lot to check out a 2004 Mercury Marauder. The 1st time we visited the Marauder was having issues with the traction control and the check engine light came on as soon as we pulled away from the dealership. Dennis sincerely apologized and did not know that the vehicle was having issues. We returned a few weeks later to give the Marauder a 2nd chance. Upon our decision to purchase and going into negotiations, Suburban Ford made everything very easy to understand and smooth. There was little negotiation to our offer and they thanked us for coming in a 2nd time. We drove off in our new-to-us Marauder with the plate already on, the tabs paid for, and insurance. It was simple, easy-to-understand, and I strongly feel that Suburban Ford gave us a great deal and worked with us to find the best loan details possible. We are still getting used to all the looks we get on the road and will be recommending Suburban Ford to others.

Cathy

Extremely unsatisfied they tried to sell me a used Ford Escape that had a cracked transmission cover that was glued together and misc leaks as a car that had passed their 22 point inspection. Letting everyone I know not to trust them.

Car wash?

I took my 2014 Fusion in for an oil change, tire rotation, check-up, and recall service for a steering safety problem. I got my call that it was ready after about 90 minutes. I had purchased a 3-service package that includes a car wash each time. The car wasn't washed - "It's not working," I was told. That's two services in a row now that I did not get the "free" car wash. That was disappointing, but otherwise I am happy with the service at Suburban Ford.

It was nice to feel like there was no bate and switch...

It was a great feeling for my wife and I to finally feel like there was no bate and switch. Dennis was pateint, kind and informative. He helped us look at several vehicles and was not worried about rushing us. He was well informed about the vehicles and made us feel like he was honest as well. A good man. His team helped expidite everything quickley and efficiantly. Well done!
