2018 ford escape se

I worked with Nick Burns on putting together an affordable lease deal. I was extremely happy with the speed and attentiveness I received in completing this process. Nick got me in a brand new escape for a great monthly payment with very little money down. I would highly recommend this dealership and Nick Burns as your sales associate.

Quick, helpful and not aggressive.

Jeff is incredible. Was very patient while we decided which car to get. Reviewed all of the features of both and even though there was a large price difference, didn’t push us into the more expensive one (which we bought anyway). Highly recommended.

No Communication

I brought my car in for a noisy transmission and lack of power. The service writer, Bobbie Hatch, took my information. I left my car and was shuttled home by Dennis, enjoyable ride and conversation. 24 hours later, I have not heard anything from the service writer, though she took my cell phone number. I return to the dealership and see the service writer, then while I'm standing before her she tries to find out the status of my vehicle. I had called the service writer around 4pm the previous day with no response. This is disappointing and lacks reasonable customer service.

Moe is the best!!

Drove 40 minutes to get my Ford Explorer Sport bc the salesmanship and customer service from Moe at Suburban Ford of Ferndale is the best. This is my second car in two years I got here bc of Moe. Had to get a sensible car after purchasing my Mustang GT Cali Special. I have him my specs and must haves and within moments he found me three cars and waited for deals and specials released from Ford. Top notch salesman. We may be back next year! Want a Raptor!
