Title: Worst Service Experience – Avoid This Dealership Review: I booked an appointment for 8:30 AM, four days in advance, expecting professional and timely service. The requested work was routine: oil and filter change, tire rotation, software update, fluids check, and a gear shift module update. What actually happened? My car sat untouched in the parking lot from 8:30am until 2 PM when I called for an update. According to their own tracker app my car wasn't moved until my call. The entire visit dragged on for 7 HOURS, causing cancelled meetings. No updates, no explanation, no respect for my time. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Final Warning: This is how they treat scheduled customers, who pay monthly for services, aka warranty work. Save yourself the frustration—choose a dealership that respects your time and your business.

He found the perfect car for me and made the whole process go seamlessly. This isn’t the typical dealership where you feel high pressured and like you’re just a number, the energy there is very sincere, warm and welcoming. This dealership is top notch. Marianna was fantastic, showing us the perfect Ford Explorer for our needs. Marianna worked at a competitors dealership for 15 years and then went out of the car business for a couple years. I can’t even say how lucky Stevens is to have an asset like Marianna on their team!
