Dishonest and after the sale good luck getting any

Dishonest and after the sale good luck getting any response. Sold me a 2020 Toyota Sequioa and have problem after problem! Would Never send anyone to them and we will never be back!

Mr. Patel we have discussed this in the past more than once so no need for your regular response. You have stated more than once you would discuss with the owner and still nothing offered to assist. While I wait for you respond I have already spent $2500 to fix and the check engine light is still on. There is no way this Sequoia passed the state emissions test. Buying as is not a problem until you intentionally screw the customer over. NEVER AGAIN!

Oil change

The new service guy Bobby Huggins gave me a good estimate on the time and updated my vechicle history. I’ll contact him the next time i need service.

Excellent experience

Amazing experience working with sales person Luis, everyone is friendly and gave me a good understanding on the available options understanding my ask. They made it possible to complete entire process on same day. Also Luis has spent his time in helping me on Insurance part. Finally I drove my Honda CRV Hybrid home, with all the happiness. Great experience

I had an issue with a Lifetime Oilchange Contract which

I had an issue with a Lifetime Oilchange Contract which was included in our closing package. Unlike everything else in the package from Honda Financial Services, the LOC was a product of Lipsey Motors LLC the parent company of Grapevine Honda. I requested the contract be canceled, and to his word Mr. Patel helped resolve the issue I was have with Lipsey Corporate HDQ. Mr. Patel is a stand up guy! The salesman we worked with, Byron was excelent. So the only negative I had with the process was resolved by Mr. Patel. I would do business with grapevine Honda again. Thank you!
