Clean atmosphere, friendly folks, easy, no pressur
Everyone was very nice. We didn’t feel pressured at all. The lobby, building and lot were all very clean. There weren’t a whole lot of new cars to choose from but they had quite a used selection. Luckily the one new car we opted for fit all the things we needed.

Great experience
Amazing experience all over. Starting with sales person April everyone is friendly and gave me a good deal. They made it possible to complete entire process on same day. I purchased honda crv hybrid with them and I’m happy I went to them.

Excellent team
Great service from Eduardo and Cameron. Eduardo found a starter hesitancy and had service dept. diagnose and replace starter. Cameron helped us understand the extended warranty which gave us assurance of covering any unknown issues now or in the next 3 years yet still have the option to get a prorated refund. Drove the car home to Austin down i35 and car performed beautifully in the rain with the new tires. I have a lot of confidence this will be a great car for my son to drive the 500miles to the panhandle for college. I will definitely recommend Grapevine Honda to friends and u guys will be the first place we check the next time we need to buy a car.
