I have now purchased two cars from Downtown Porsche, a Macan S & a 911 Turbo S Cab, & and have ordered a Cayenne Hybrid, over the past few years. No more driving 45 minutes to the suburbs! The facility is beautiful and surprisingly large for a downtown location. The experience with each car has been great, both in sales and in follow up service: These people know what they're talking about, they keep their word, and their attitude is always "can do." Simon in service seems to know about every nut and bolt on every Porsche, and so does his staff - Calvin kept me updated by text several times when my car was in for a major service. Scott, the store manager, is a friendly but concise guy with no BS: If he tells you something, it's true. If there's a problem, he fixes it. Even the people on the floor who answer greet customers like Aleksandra know their Porsches, and if they don't have an answer, they find it. Can't say enough good things. Another Napleton dealership with excellent integrity.

Had the pleasure of working with the dealership 3 times in the past year. Sold a car and bought 2 others. Scott and Anthony are both enthusiastic Porsche experts. Hate to say I do this but sometimes I drop in to grab a coffee and look at the new cars. Im a little obsessed. They communicate transparently about what they can and can’t do and I find that genuinely they are looking to create long lasting business relationships with their clients. The car market has been crazy and not once have I felt with Scott the GM that now is a bad time to buy a car even though I can clearly see deliveries of new cars from Germany has been slow going. If you’re local you will get a fair deal on your trade and the new purchase. Great downtown business!
