Dealership was clean and the staff was extremely welcoming. I worked with Joseph on a Cadillac Lyriq lease and I could not be happier with my experience. Joseph was transparent, diligent and very easy to work with. Got me the car I wanted at a price within budget - all I can ask for.

Very unhappy with the transaction here.

Very unhappy with the transaction here. I haven't bought a car in 9 years, and this situation made me not want to do it for another 9 years or longer. Communication and expectations were terrible throughout the whole process. Joseph provided very few updates to me without me constantly asking him for the next steps over the course of a few weeks to buy the car. Once they got my money, the communication was worse than before that. 1 - When the car was being shipped, I was told the car was on the way one afternoon, it didn't show up until the next day, I randomly got a call they were 30 minutes from my home, had to leave work urgently to be home to receive it. Could this not be more coordinated or communicated? 2 - The temp tag didn't come with the car, had to be overnighted. Received the car and couldn't drive it at all. Why wouldn't this be checked before it was shipped out? 3 - Was told on 6/7 that the title was filed and would be 10-14 days. I provided Joseph the insurance info on 6/6 via text. Joseph advised me the car was titled on 6/21. Found out on 6/24 it hasn't been titled yet, he "still needs insurance info", which I provided him on 6/6. Which is it? Why can't you take a few minutes to check and be sure to not mislead customers and give wrong information? 4 - I tried to call the GM, so I would have someone to discuss my concerns and issues with, because the sales manager Jacob was also not very responsive unless it had to do with receiving money. The guy never called me back. I understand he's likely a very busy person, but i left a voicemail with my situation name and number, clearly no one listens to voicemails and if they do, they don't care about customers, because i never received a call back. Again, this was after they got my money, and I live out of state. Will not be back and will not advise anyone to go here. Poor communication and poor way to treat a customer. I would be fired from my job if I gave the service to a customer that I received on this transaction.

I drove all the way downn from Alaska to purchase a new

I drove all the way downn from Alaska to purchase a new Hummer they had on the lot. I was greeted by a tall drink of water with a beautiful accent named Jonathan Arante, who asked us if we needed any food or drinks after such a long drive. We have never had service like this before and were blown away by the complete vehicle demonstration. These guys were so top notch!! To top things off we even had a visit from the GM Jamie Warren thanking us for our business. (Super Handsome I might add). I have never felt so good spending 6 Figures in my life! Thank you to Everyone at Jim Ellis Cadillac!!!

It was a very professional event.

It was a very professional event. The sales manager did what I expected. Yes, he tried to make a deal, but we were to far apart. I understand, for I am a retired former dealership GMgr. We both tried.
