I was given a TrueCar offer online from Allstate for a specific Ford Maverick that Woodbridge Ford had in transit. I was led to believe they would honor it. I made the 2 hour drive in rush hour traffic to put a deposit on it, only to be told “we can’t honor that price because you might turn around and sell it for a profit tomorrow, so we’ll have to add a few thousand to that price to keep you from doing that”. One problem with dishonest people is that they assume everyone is as dishonest as them. Basically they said “to prevent you from possibly taking advantage of the system, we will first”. I just wanted an affordable small truck, which is why Ford created the Maverick, and I would have kept it 10+ years. By the dealership adding a few thousand bucks, it takes it out affordable range for me. If your dealership has a partnership with TrueCar, then honor that! I would stay away from this deceptive and greedy dealership. I feel sorry for any of the low level sales people that might be honest.

Avoid this Dealership
All I can say is.....I purchased my truck from this dealership in March 2022 and am still fighting to get the extras I was promised from the salesman, Eric. From start of purchase until now.....just B.S. I have most recently been speaking with Sales Manager, Paul, who has also left me hanging. Made my first truck buying experience a downer.

Service department is horrible and very unprofessional.
Service department is horrible and very unprofessional. My car was there for almost a week never got a call on what was going on when I finally did call everyone I spoke with was unprofessional and had an attitude. The service manager (John) was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I even paid extra money to have my car towed from their shop to another shop because all these people were doing was wasting my time. Would not recommend.

ASAB Don’t bother.
As many other customers said hidden fees are insane. Purchase price 43,500. Walk out the door 56,000. Lmao. Good luck. ASAB. They even tried to sneak an extra 1000 by adding the price to certify the used truck into the price of the vehicle so your paying more in taxes.

dishonest marketing
Dishonest marketing- seems to be a theme from the previous reviews. I was given and online price and then was told they would not honor the price they had emailed me.

0 stars but I don't have that option
Roy is a great salesman and an even better bs artist. Any calls to the dealership go to answering machines that are full. We've been waiting over 2 mos, our temp plates expired last month. DMV says they don't even have the VIN number as they haven't done that yet. We honestly don't know what to do at this point. Stay far, far away from this dealership.

DECEPTIVE marketing and advertising
Jesse, the salesman was okay. ???, the sales manager (who never introduced himself), was pompous and arrogant. They fabricated two very profitable fees for themselves, and marked up the sale price about $10,000 with fees and extras. Had cash in hand, and ready to make a deal, but they would concede on any of their unreasonable charges. DECEPTIVE marketing and advertising. Would NEVER recommend anyone wasting their time here, unless you want to be ripped off.
