Had an appointment this afternoon when I got there one
Had an appointment this afternoon when I got there one gentleman came up to put a number on top of my car and add washer fluid to my car. No one else came to my car after that for over 30 minutes. I sat there and I waited in my car and no service advisor came out. I could see one through the windows. He kept looking at me and the car behind me while he’s literally looking on his cell phone. Finally, I asked a guy who approached me when I first got there is anyone coming out and he stated hang on he came back out. He said I went in and asked if anyone’s coming out and no one said anything. It seems to be an issue a lot he said finally I got an advisor to come out after 33 minutes of sitting there, his name was Kevin and I’m given three stars because due to Kevin being amazing he’s why they’re not getting one star I tried to call the manager several times after I left to let him know my experience and how I do appreciate how great Kevin was and all I did was get transferred around and no one ever picked up the phone and I did try to get a hold of them about four times before I finally gave up and decided to write a review

Came in for oil change.
Came in for oil change. Service was faster than expected. There are snacks and tv while you wait. My only issue is with their website that never shows any available dates for appointments. You have to call to schedule an appointment

No good don’t go there .
No good don’t go there . They waste your time and over charging you . I was there. Yesterday morning want getting a part to replace, and I went there all I asked is how much it will cost to replace that broke part and it’s the tailgate lifter when you open the back you will see it . So the guy asked me to leave my car there and will call me in couple hours to let me know how much will cost . I been waiting until 5 pm from morning 9:30 am , then I went to the shop they told me will cost $600 so I decided to not do it . And then they want charge me $180 for checking my car which I didn’t asking for ( just open the back that’s it ) and the part on their website only $340 and they sold me for like $500
