Steven and Samuel were amazing to work with, after facing

Steven and Samuel were amazing to work with, after facing an unfortunate event with a recall with the Bronco I wanted, I started to looking at other options but Samuel assured me would work hard to get me the car I wanted. After less than 17 days he got back to with great news that the car ready! He unfortunately was out of office and turned me over to Steven, which I initially was a little bummed out cause Samuel already had me sold with his amazing attention, nonetheless Steven was amazing to work with as soon as I got in he made feel so comfortable with such an important purchase (again this was my dream car) I got to the dealer and explained how tight my schedule looked her made sure we went over all of the important stuff but yet made sure I could be out of the dealership as soon as possible. I really felt like we touched all of the crucial points and made it a seamless transaction, everyone was amazing with my time management and I appreciated it. Amazing team to work with, will definitely refer anyone looking for a new car and amazing service.

Called yesterday morning for a warranty related issue on

Called yesterday morning for a warranty related issue on my F250. For reasons I do not understand, an appointment for an F250 required someone from Kearny Mesa Ford to call me back, supposedly in a few minutes. I waited over 6 hours and did not receive a call. So I called them. Despite their greeting claiming they are open until 8PM, only the sales department is open. They offered no assistance whatsoever. It's now the following morning, over 24 hours from my initial call. No one called so I scheduled an appointment on their website, explaining what happened. Within minutes I received a text that they were reaching out regarding the recall request for my F150. I explained I have an F250 and was simply trying to schedule service. A few minutes later I finally received an actual phone call. Their first available appointment is Feb 9th, 18 days from now. So I called Mossy Ford. They can see me this Monday, and offered a free loaner vehicle.
