Car was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they washed it. Pawel promised it would be done before I could finish my coffee and it was.

Service Advisors change on a fairly regular basis but I

Service Advisors change on a fairly regular basis but I have been lucky enough to have been assigned some of the better ones. I don't need service often but have had positive experience's on all my visits.

They came to my home and dropped me off a loaner and took

They came to my home and dropped me off a loaner and took my car to the shop for repairs. The next day they dropped off my car and took the loaner. All on schedule. The valet driver was great to deal with.

I was told the dealer could fix where my front bumper had

I was told the dealer could fix where my front bumper had “popped off” with some plastic fasteners detaching. This was after they inspected it during a routine service. So, we brought car back at end of day and waited over two hours, following which they said they could not fix it. I suspect they didn’t even try and just ran out of time, but certainly were not going to admit that after a 2 hour wait, so claimed an inability to repair. Plus, if that were true, they should have known that following their initial inspection.
