The service and quality was excellent as always on my GV80. The only thing they forgot was to vacuum the car prior to returning it which was supposed to be part of the service.

The dealership was very inviting and friendly greeting. The interior seriously needs and overhaul. It is not customer friendly, the music was terrible, no where to get a water or snack after hours purchasing a car. And it is the number 1 genesis dealer in the nation and in Naples. Looking forward to a new building and hope the interior and exterior is more luxurious and appealing as it should be in Naples. It would make for a nicer experience.

Sales department especially Drew is the best The service department is the worst. Had my car hostage for three months for a one hour fix on my air conditioner never could get feedback of status and if I did It was totally false information. Pablo and his team need to go to a customer service seminar.
