I'm always treated with respect by the service staff. Service Advisor Pawel Bartnicki ensures I'm completely satisfied before leaving with my car. In Sales, Product Specialist, Arli Fritz has followed up with me multiple times to see if there is anything else I need assistance with regarding my GV80. Great team.

This is the first major purchase for a vehicle in many years. In finding my Genesis GV80 of course I was very nervous about a major purchase 1800 miles away, but having Purchased my vehicle from Tamiami of Naples put me totally at ease after communicating with my sales representative Anthony Catalina. Anthony made the sale of my vehicle very comfortable and seemless. I flew in to Florida, he picked me up at the airport and we had a great connection. He went over the car completely and made sure I was very familiar with the vehicle. Told me to call anytime. I was very impressed with how this dealership and its employees treats their customers. I would buy another vehicle from them in the future for sure. Don't hesitate to give them a call no matter where you are in the US. Thanks for my new car, I completely love it! My only issue is it took 6 weeks to get a service

My only issue is it took 6 weeks to get a service appointment. I love my Genesis but if this is how it is going to be, I will never buy another one. That is ridiculous.

Dana was professional, knowledgeable, & honest.

Dana was professional, knowledgeable, & honest. Whatever obscure questions we had, he followed through with and resourced them quickly. The Genesis line far surpassed expectations in luxury & performance in every way and I've been familiar with Toyota/Lexus600LS for the last 30 years. We purchased the G90 & will be back in Spring to buy a GV80 from Dana. The dealership service/waiting area is pleasant but not exactly upscale and we understand a renovation is happening in 2025.
