Dealership is a pleasure to deal with. Service is professional and easy. Most importantly the sale process was NOT the typical high pressure sale - which will keep me as a customer for many cars to come. Peter Franks in service was top notch yesterday. Can't say enough good things but i can't find him in the section to rate below.

JC and Peter at Genesis of Naples Service Center are exceptional! They go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. I stopped by the service center after calling them about a flashing "low oil alert" in my Genesis GV80. They quickly verified low oil, squeezed my vehicle in for an oil change at the end of a busy day during season and finished it off with a courtesy car wash and friendly smile. The service team is highly professional, caring, and considerate. Great service is key to why I LOVE owning a beautiful GV80!!

Other than not having a loaner car available as I

Other than not having a loaner car available as I anticipated from Genesis and over 30 years with Lexus, everything else was top drawer. Staff was very good in explaining some technical things I wanted to know.

You did a great job on the vehicle service and washing

You did a great job on the vehicle service and washing the vehicle. But I had to wait 6 weeks to get my vehicle in for service (i.e. I called to book an appointment in early December and didn't get the appointment until January 13th). Also, the Valet Service wasn't available, which is part of my purchase. Also, you ran out of loaner cars the day I dropped the vehicle off. And interestingly enough my invoice has a charge for Valet Service on it for $144.60, and not sure why when it wasn't even available?
