Wonderful service center.

Wonderful service center. They picked up our car on time and gave us a loaner for the day. Car was serviced and delivered back to us clean and all items were taken care of under warranty. Love it!

Good job from the service department once I was able to

Good job from the service department once I was able to get a date to get my car in for service. The computerized robot that answered the calls did not function as expected and so it took awhile to get scheduled.

Advisor Peter Frank was great. Car was ready on time. Disappointed that it took so long to get an appointment and no loaners were available. When I bought the vehicle they touted car pick up and drop off but that was not available either.

Faulty work preformed on replacement of recalled fuel

Faulty work preformed on replacement of recalled fuel pump. Dumped gas tank worth of fuel onto my garage floor and driveway. Fire department requested vehicle be removed from property so towed it to Genesis of Naples. That was 3 weeks ago. We were told work was completed 2 weeks ago and when the service tech went to pull it around, It dumped the fuel again on their parking lot. Told just this morning that they maybe able to look at it next week. That will make a total of 4 weeks IF it gets accomplished. It's a 2023 GV80 with 27,0000 miles on it!
