Fantastic customer service, Qualified personnel working on vehicle. Very accommodating about giving me a loaner so it didn’t hold me up in any way. More car dealerships should take lessons from them.

I have only had the car for a day but David Kruse kept me

I have only had the car for a day but David Kruse kept me informed constantly on the schedule for my cars arrival and went through everything fast easily and smoothly. Remind was great as far as getting the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the whole dealership and look forward to dealing with them with my new car!

You have to book very far ahead to get an appointment,

You have to book very far ahead to get an appointment, but the waiting area and loaner policy is nice. They completed the job the next day by noon as promised for 3 recalls in our Genesis. We got smart and booked the 2025 service ahead of time. Don't plan on waiting though for your service. It will be overnight.

Communication at the dealership was lacking.

Communication at the dealership was lacking. I sent multiple emails requesting information about a couple of cars and received nothing. I called the dealership and spoke with Jacob and things seemed to be OK. I purchased a demo 2024 Genesis 80 For a great price. I had the car shipped and when I received it, it had not been cleaned. The dealership left personal documents Of one of their customers. Not cool. I requested a temp tag and paid for it, but never received it. This dealership behaved more like a sleazy used car dealership than a luxury Genesis dealership. I’m not sure I would do business with them again .

Just stopped in because my tire pressure was low.

Just stopped in because my tire pressure was low. Inspection showed a nail in a place that couldn’t be repaired. Was replaced and back on the road in under 2 hours.
