Once you get an appointment it has very nice (multiple)
Once you get an appointment it has very nice (multiple) waiting rooms with a coffee maker and snacks. They are a little overbooked and we have had to wait well beyond the appointment time (overnight) for the service to be completed. Despite that they were able to quickly get us in for the recall service. I only gave it a 4 because they underestimated the workload to fix all the recalls.

It is not acceptable to have to wait for 5 weeks for an
It is not acceptable to have to wait for 5 weeks for an appointment. I brought the car in for a first service an a noise while accelerating. There loose bolts in the power train. If I waited 5 weeks there could have real problems.
