As usual, Peter and his colleagues in the service department provided a professional and impressive service experience. From the point of my arrival to their facility, I was promptly greeted by the dealerships staff. Information was exchanged and arrangements for my promised loaner car were finalized. They have really tried to get my problems with my Genesis
They have really tried to get my problems with my Genesis GV80 resolved but to date have been unsuccessful. Peter has been very accommodating but issue not resolved and vehicle has been towed into dealership two times in last 2 weeks. I am about to the point of requesting a new vehicle as there seems to be no resolution to my issue.
