It is not acceptable to have to wait for 5 weeks for an appointment. I brought the car in for a first service an a noise while accelerating. There loose bolts in the power train. If I waited 5 weeks there could have real problems.

Nothing personal ,but when I bring car for fixed, they
Nothing personal ,but when I bring car for fixed, they damage my new 2024 GV80, break front bumpers brackets both sides and also left fender molding bracket, they repaint molding which is color not matching to car,also molding not sitting properly,they tell me,they can't do anything more,this is maximum they can.i ask them to fixed or please write this for me,sign and sand to my email.and after this they don write ,they don't sand me correct email.they sand me discharged email and they don't want to see my vehicle anymore in service. Very disappointing and very unprofessional service!

And you also turned out to be a big deceiver.who I berate.i always was nice with all of your employee.now one can said I was berate. please be professional and don't blame customers what's never was done.

Had to wait 8 weeks to get windshield wipers/spraying repaired on my new Genesis. Had an appt. and still waited 6 hours. I was the very last person to leave. No one even showed me the lounge. I was miserable.

Reference my 28 month old, $60,000 2022 Genesis G80 with 17,500 miles, the air conditionings blows hot air. Soonest appointment - six-plus weeks. South Florida with no air conditioning. The vehicle is useless.

Turned in my ‘21 leased G 70.
Turned in my ‘21 leased G 70. Three hours later drove away in my new G70. The salesman was very attentive and answered all the questions I had about the new car and the financial transaction. The business manager was very efficient. Carlos the GM was involved, I believe mostly for continuity. He had sold me the prior two Genesis. That were all terrific. I will tell you it’s unlikely I’ll take a lease from Genesis leasing again. They were very aggressive particularly given my previous relationship with Genisis Naples.
