AC in GV70 stopped working on 6/10/2023 First on-line

AC in GV70 stopped working on 6/10/2023 First on-line appointment was 7/16/2023.....36 days Called Saturday and was told I could I could drop off on 6/12. Tech first looked at it on 6/20. Added dye to AC on 6/23. Apparently will look at dye on 6/27. I realize they are busy, but in all the years I've owned Acura's; Audi's and BMW's I have never gone through such extended service gobbdelygook. Bought the wrong car from the wrong dealer. And they did offer a loner/rental car from Thrifty. Did not need one thankfully AC repair in SW Florida should not take this long. Very disappointing. 3rd rate performance.

Unfortunately, the service of this dealership has deteriorated over time. I am on my fifth Genesis and I regret buying the current one. Overpriced and service levels are abysmal. Cannot get a return call from service staff after 3 days. Pawel has been disappointing in his communications.

As a follow up, the GM, Operations Manager and Service Manager all responded in some way. I learned through the GM of the unprecedented demand they are experiencing for both sales and service. Two dealerships in Ft. Meyers and Punta Gorda were basically put of of operations due to Hurricane Ian. That additional demand cannot be absorbed easily and have things run smoothly. They have stated they are hiring additional help which may mitigate some of the frustrations that customers are experiencing. My advice, be honest and tell the whole story, most customers will be sympathetic and understanding. Pawel will get some much needed help and avoid a nervous breakdown. Thank you for reaching out and explaining.

This was the third G90 I leased or bought from Genesis of Naples. Always a good experience. Service over the past 6 years has been excellent. The salesman who handled my sale earlier this week, Rob Reilly, was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and spent considerable time w/ me after I paid for the car showing me the new technology vs. my 2020 G90.

TJ really knows his product!

TJ really knows his product!!!!! I wanted a G 80 Sab Ice. Not available. Looked at “Matt” not for me. My 1st 2020 G 80 SAVED MY LIFE. I had an accident in October. My car was hit in rear axle. If I didn’t have that power under my foot I would’ve been hit in driver’s door. Hadbumps & lots of bruises but was able to walk to car when I left ER That’s why I NEEDED A NEW G 80 TJ found a G 80 on the lot not yet in the computer. Just off the truck. LOVED THE INTERIOR. Color ok. Bought the car then. Pickup a few days later. Since then lots of “love the color” from friends & family. It does have the glitz I love. Thankfully Nancy Maginness
