I love my truck but after telling them I didn’t want the add ons they were offering me I ended up finding three things that were added after signing paper work. I was in a rush since I had to go to work and no one really went over paper work, just had me sign stuff. Everytime I asked to get the price down they just kept saying it was taxes but just the three add ons was an extra 3k, they said it’s already on the truck but why do I have to pay for something I don’t want?

My experience at chula vista ford was great. My service writer, Darren, got my truck in for service in a timely manner and was very communicative about the repairs needed. Great experience.

We extraordinarily grateful to Tim Keo in Chula Vista Ford for prioritizing us in fixing our car since we were on vacation and our car overheated and we needed to go back home bcz my wife had schedule a surgery and we couldn't wait to long. Everybody at the dealership were so awsome very professional team with us and they did a fantastic job on our car and specialy Tim, he is such a wonderful young man that treated us with such a so wonderful.
