John Stevens is always pleasant to work with however this

John Stevens is always pleasant to work with however this time when I went in and came out I’m noticing that compartments are left open. Apparently one of my my cabin air filter compartment wasn’t latched all the way now my engine light is on so but John Stevens always has good service

Service Department - Darren Bruce is always customer

Service Department - Darren Bruce is always customer oriented. Friendly and positive attitude!. Location of dealership is very convenient for us. They also provide shuttle service within 10 miles which can be very handy

Staff was great.

Staff was great. BUUUUUT. We feel that we were baited to their dealership. We made an appointment drove almost 2 hrs away. 15 min before we get there. They called and said they were waiting on title to sell but yet had it listed. But said we wanted to still look and test drive. We did and loved it and said we would buy it as soon as title was cleared. The sales manager was very respectful and said that we were be the first to call when it cleared. So I called to check on the truck 4 days later. Title was not clear but said they were selling it to their employee. They offered anything on the lot. But that's not the point. When you tell a customer what they are going to do. You should stick with what you say. You would think customers come first. Again. Staff is very friendly. But not happy being told something and not following through. Hope you change your customer policy. Cause I as a business owner would loose business.
