The only reason I get my truck serviced there is because

The only reason I get my truck serviced there is because of Darren. I have had so many issues there that I might have to explore taking my truck to other dealerships for service. Darren has has gone above and beyond but unfortunately I can’t say that about anyone else. I would personally like to thank Darren for that he has done for me.

I took my 2025 Raptor in for an oil change at Ford Chula

I took my 2025 Raptor in for an oil change at Ford Chula Vista, and Jose Gomez made the whole experience quick and easy. He greeted me right away, kept me updated throughout the service, and made sure my truck was taken care of properly. Jose’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out — he treated my Raptor like his own. It’s always great to find someone you can trust with your vehicle. Highly recommend asking for Jose next time you visit Ford Chula Vista!

The service has always been excellent.

The service has always been excellent. The disappointment that I have had is that the battery doesn’t charge to the level that Ford motor advertises. This needs to be corrected ASAP.
