The work was Ccompleted in a reasonable time frame.

The work was Ccompleted in a reasonable time frame. The people were very courteous. Since they were repairing a diesel fuel leak, there was some residual diesel fuel on the engine that needed some cleanup that a quick power was would have helped. Other than that, I'm pleased with the service.

Great guys, my 2025 bronco has had quite a few issues but jose has always work with us. Good customer service from ford chula vista.

1- I used to get a car wash whenever I brought my truck

1- I used to get a car wash whenever I brought my truck in for service, but have been advised that the car wash is almost always out of service. Although not a necessity, it was a nice touch and I miss it. 2- the lower service port for recharging my phone worked on Thursday but didn’t work after service on Friday (coincidence?). The service department replaced it under warranty . Nice! 3- very happy with the rest of the service, especially the service personnel (John Stevens)

Friendly staff overall.

Friendly staff overall. Tech scratched my rim this last service looks like it could have been from an impact drill. Also installed an old bolt on another rim the previous visit. Brought my vehicle in the following day and service rep took a photo of scratch and bolt.
