Amazing customer service.

Amazing customer service. Every time I go there to get maintenance done to my car I always get updated throughout the time they have my car.

Darren Bruce was the best 5 star service I never done

Went to Ford Chula Vista to oil change, tire rotation,

Went to Ford Chula Vista to oil change, tire rotation, tire alignment and also had a problem where front driver tire was getting flat constantly and they said it was ok. That all tires “were checked”… well within 3 days I woke up with a totally flat tire and couldn’t pump air anymore. Im trying a different Ford this time but you guys should listen to your customer concerns. I mentioned the tire was getting flat constantly. I had to change to the spare tire this morning with my 2 kids under 3yo. and I could have avoided that if your staff checked it properly when I mentioned it. Other than that customer service was good. They treated me well and the guy was really nice with us.
