This is a follow up rating. My experience was good. The issue with the alarm was handled promptly by Salvador. He did a wonderful job and actually went out of his way to assure my experience was a good expand he personally made sure my issue was fixed promptly. Cudos.

I would think that if you made an appointment at a particular time that it would be less than two hours to change oil, filter and rotate tires.

Always a pleasant and professional experience when coming

Always a pleasant and professional experience when coming here. Questions of concern are answered with professionalism and courtesy and issues that arise are handled promptly. I discovered a relatively minor issue from my previous service visit and Chris got me in to have it corrected on the same day I called. Nothing but good things to say specifically about the service department here.
