You're customer service is good but having to wait 3

You're customer service is good but having to wait 3 hours for a basic oil change is ridiculous! Jiffy Lube was looking pretty good right about then and i have ALWAYS brought my car in to you guys for all its service needs since i bought it in 2016. Ford has always done a complimentary car wash in the past very disappointed this time when they didnt. Stop stalking me on the phone. I had a gal keep calling my # to confirm my service appt. If I've already confirmed via text TWICE why do you keep calling!? There's a reason some of us opt for text not phone calls. Also what's the point of checking in online if the service advisor doesnt even read/see the notes or images attached? Pointless.

Both James and Terry were amazing they really took the time out to help me and get the deal done. Hands down one for the best dealerships I’ve dealt with buying a car. I will for surely refer friends and family and I’ll be back again.

Rhisbis the first time that I used this location for my car service, and was the greatest experience ever! John was able to request the parts that need to be replaced in the car, he also called me and texted me to informed me about the progress, and I need to come back to finish the extra work needed. But definitely I’ll always do it in this location! Compare to Carlsbad, this location gets 10 Carlsbad score just 5.

Everyone was very pleasant and made the process as enjoyable as it could be. Mario is really down to earth so the experience not as contentious as I was expecting. It was actually pretty enjoyable. Excellent service!! I was trying to make an appointment to have a recall on my Ford Fusion and the girl was so sweet! She told me no problem we will come pick your car up FREE and return when it is done! And they did!
