JOHN STEVENS KNOWS HIS STUFF ABOUT F150'S . HE MADE THE EXPERIENCE ENJOYABLE. TOOK 2 HOURS FOR MY OIL CHANGE AND INSPECTION WHEN I MADE A RESERVATION. BUT REALLY WHO LIKES THERE FAST FOOD MEAL R8GHT AWAY WHEN YOU PULL UP TO THE DRIVE THREW WINDOW! NOT ME THATS FOR SURE! ALSO THEY ARE 100 PERCENT WAY AHEAD OF KERNEY MESA FORD. JUST EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE PLEASE. THANK YOU

I brought my truck to Chula Vista Ford for an oil light

I brought my truck to Chula Vista Ford for an oil light issue that was never fixed, despite being told otherwise. The problem only got worse—my radio, Bluetooth, and sensors stopped working—and I was told the part was on backorder for months. Despite being under warranty, I was not provided a rental vehicle and was left driving my malfunctioning truck for nearly three months. Communication was equally poor. Every time I called, my service advisor was unavailable, and promises of call-backs were ignored. Only after I demanded the part number did the “backorder” suddenly disappear and the part became available. When I finally got my truck back, it had been returned in unacceptable condition. My belongings were tossed around, my dashcam was unplugged, and my phone mount was moved. This dealership showed no professionalism, no urgency in resolving issues, and no respect for my property. I do not recommend Chula Vista Ford for any service or purchase.
