Dropped off for oil change and code scan on transmission.
Dropped off for oil change and code scan on transmission. Said pick up in 2 days took 5, when called for update they said they will have person call me and never recieved call back. They wanted 2k for simple fix, I took somewhere else for 600. For oil change they didn’t put sticker on window, and I requested they put air in tire and that didn’t happen. Only good thing is say is staff are respectful.

Alrhough I will probably never purchase a Gird again because of the problems I’ve had with my current car, the dealership itself is always fantastic, personable and understanding, LOVE their service dept!
