A valet attendant came to my house as I was concerned a

A valet attendant came to my house as I was concerned a light lit in the dashboard that I later know that the throttle needs to be replaced. Andrew, an attendant at Ford service, called, explained to be me in detail what was wrong & gave estimate which I agreed. He was kind, courteous and understanding. Kept the car for only a day as he said the part needed is already available in the shop. Drove the car couple of times, it ran smoothly & felt safe driving it. I’m extremely satisfied of its performance now & I absolutely will recommend their service to friends & relatives. Thank you, Gloria McKinney

Even though my appointment was a last minute one, they jumped right on it and replaced my battery. The service advisor was very helpful in getting it all taken care of. I appreciate all they did. I would recommend to others.

This review is for the service department, specifically regarding the ongoing service I receive from Darren Bruce, the Service Advisor Manager. Darren always provides excellent service and he is my go-to guy for all my service needs at CV Ford. All the staff at CV Ford are courteous and professional but Darren Bruce goes the extra mile to make sure his customers receive the highest level of service possible. I had an amazing experience with my service advisor Darren at Ford. He is truly the best — knowledgeable, patient, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.
