Service rep was great that alone made me want to be a customer but the prices were astronomical and absurd. 2000 plus for brakes? Thats crazy.

My Service advisor Andre went above and beyond.

My Service advisor Andre went above and beyond. He communicated with my daughter Lisette constantly to update her on the progress of the recalls that had to be done. I even went in person to ask questions & Andre made sure they were answered. He even spent an extra day to make sure that the latch recall was done correctly. This was our first visit with Chula Vista Ford and it was a favorable experience. I also want to thank the other service advisors that answered my questions & were able to facilitate the pickup of my vehicle when it was ready.Definitely will be back for maintenance & other repairs that may need to be done in the future

I left a positive review for Andy May upon my purchase

I left a positive review for Andy May upon my purchase of my F 150. I must rescind my comment for the reasons below. I live about 2 hours away (with traffic) from Chula Vista. No delivery of the truck to my home, no accessories and no gifts given. It seems like after Andy got his sale, he acted different. It seems he only cared for the sale, and not long-term customer satisfaction. Would definitely find a dealer who values customer service, and I did not find that here.
