We leased a ZDX EV last year and received a letter from Acura for a recall. I made an appointment for today to bring the car in. My wife and I made all arrangements to come over today so we can leave the car at the dealership for repair. After we dropped the car, on our way home, I got a phone call from the advisor, informing us that the only certified EV technician is not at work today. My wife and I wasted two hours driving back and forth to the dealership. I heard the phone appointment was managed by a remote site who does not know the EV technician?s schedule. Acura is clearly unprepared for the EV market.

Overall, the service was very good.

Overall, the service was very good. The video that was provided could have been more in depth given that there was over $7000 worth of work Being recommended. The video cut off at the end of 2 1/2 minutes The loaner car Was useful and quite nice.
