The staff is very friendly and efficient! I did not have to wait long on my car, but the waiting room is very cozy and relaxing with coffee/drinks and a nice lounge area! After leaving, I have never had any further issues! Great team!

-purchased my Jeep Wagoneer approx 3 months ago, was told

-purchased my Jeep Wagoneer approx 3 months ago, was told I had free oil changes even up to the point of scheduling service, but was charged at time of pick up after service and was told they're not free anymore and instead I "earn points" with no attempt rectify the false statements even after expressing the repeated claims of free oil changes -dropped off my Jeep Wagoneer on Friday morning, was told that it wouldnt be ready till later that day and was encouraged to leave; the entire day passed without any text or call update, so I called and left a voicemail since it was 15 min after close; i never received a call back the next morning, I instead had to call in again and they told me it was ready for pickup

Check in and check out is always good. This is the first time with all my vehicle that when I got in my floor mat was dirty with grease and door panel had dirt and grease all over it.
