I was very happy with the service I received from Spitzer and the representative Anthony did a amazing job with communication and preparation of my vehicle I purchased he was on top of everything and communication was great he had everything prepared at a timely matter and most importantly was very honest and straight forward on everything we talked about I would definitely recommend Anthony and Spitzer Dode to do business with no games and straight forward on all business aspects and made me feel comfortable I will definitely be back to do more business with him and the dealership ongoing and already recommended some others in the future to go there to buy a vehicle they are looking for because the great and honest service. I am from Michigan and traveled 3 1/2 hours to purchase from Anthony because I did not get the same service here from other dealerships and most importantly the honesty in price and all business aspects. Thank you Anthony and Spitzer Dodge for all the great service very Much appreciated and will be back in the coming future. I will be recommending other business people like my self to also purchase from them also my family members in the market for a car. 5 star service and Rating!!!

Dealer did not have a technician qualified to perform the
Dealer did not have a technician qualified to perform the recall. They gave me the parts, but I had to find another dealer with a qualified technician and the tools to perform the recall. Since spitzers billed Stelantis for the recall repair, I was forced to pay the labor to have the parts installed at another dealer.

We do not typically shop local but working with Isaac changed that for us so much, we bought 3 vehicles from him for our friends and family and would recommend Spitzer to anyone! Everyone treated us great and we didn’t spend hours at the dealership like most places. No games! Ask for Isaac!!! He’s the best.
