Well, one, you don't even know who you're dealing with.
Well, one, you don't even know who you're dealing with. You keep referring to me as my ex-husband. I'm not him. You didn't even start my car until 45 minutes after my appointment time. You had the wrong phone number in your system for me so I never received a call when my car was finished and I had another appointment at 11 a.m. the other day. Supposedly you guys do a multi point inspection, well if that was the case then why was I not informed about a mouse nest under the hood? I've been to other dealerships and they've not only told me about a mouse nest in my engine they've removed it and cleaned it all up for me.
