Our van was in a shop for 3 months.

Our van was in a shop for 3 months. Is not fixed. You guys do not know how to fix it. It is Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. End up learning that you guys moved our van to other dealer in Shelby. Very very frustrated and not happy.

Intend to keep my cars service with Spitzer!

Purchased my first and last vehicle from this dealership.

Purchased my first and last vehicle from this dealership. This place is nothing by but miscommunication and passing the buck. Purchased my vehicle with it covered in dog hair and dirt on the floor boards and a stain on the headrest of a seat and was told “our detailers are old and don’t have good attention to detail”. Also was told that the tint on my window was going to be fixed after detailers tore the tint on my window taking off the window sticker and was told by the salesman I purchased the car from that the GM themselves said that it would be fixed by them due to their detailers messing up but then to be told ALL the tint gets removed cause their own in house tint guy I guess only does removal and not install? Even the manager I dealt with said not my problem we did what we can we’re done trying to help you out further. Best part I still have flakes of tint on my windows so guess they don’t do removal either.

I have had my truck in for repairs with an extended

I have had my truck in for repairs with an extended warranty 2 times , it took a week to do the repairs , and the issue is still there, so I'll have to have the truck in the shop yet again for who knows how long .

These people always take great care of our vehicles.

These people always take great care of our vehicles. You get exactly what you need and they don't try to up-sale my wife unnecessarily stuff. No reason for us to go elsewhere! Had them rotate the 5th tire in on her jeep and they did no problem, other places buck that request.

After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one.

After 4 months of looking for an suv, we found one. Although it was listed on Spitzer KIa, Mansfield the vehicle was acutally in North Canton, Ohio. We contacted Spitzer and they sent an employee to bring it to Mansfield. We made arrangements to test drive. Prior to this we had dealt with Anthony McQueen when looking a t a previous vehicle. He was the employee who we once again worked with and purchased from. We liked Anthonny as he so patient with me with questions asked. He was honest, not overbearing, and very thorough in showing us all the many functions of our Sportage. We like his attitude, friendliness and knowledge of things we asked about the suv. Anthony is a genuine person who cares about the buyer not just about making a sale. I hope he continues to grow with Spitzer. We will definitely ask for him in the future if looking for another vehicle.

As soon as I got my car back it had trouble starting with

As soon as I got my car back it had trouble starting with no trouble prior. A few days later, I had to buy a new battery, was having all kinds of issues. Not sure what they messed up with my battery doing an oil change but I will be finding somewhere else for oil changes. The employees are SO nice though which makes it hard.
