Brought my car in for an oil change service department

Brought my car in for an oil change service department was very friendly talk to the sales staff a little bit. They are very friendly and knowledgeable on what had rebates and what didn't the only complaint that I have is that whoever change the oil on my Challenger left, oily handprints all over the front of it.

Our van was in a shop for 3 months.

Our van was in a shop for 3 months. Is not fixed. You guys do not know how to fix it. It is Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. End up learning that you guys moved our van to other dealer in Shelby. Very very frustrated and not happy.
