Friendly dealership and very helpful..excellent
Very helpful and friendly. Did not feel pressured to buy . Salesman (Dave) was the best. Found me a beautiful 2013 Escape that I love. Received check up phone calls from Jim who was very nice and was available for any questions I had. Thanks C&C for a great experience!

Awesome Customer Service
The person I interacted with was Alfredo, I do believe that's the correct name, unfortunately I didn't get last name. He was very tentive to me as a custumer. Something rarely seen these days.

30,000 mile service F150
The thing I like most about Chapman is the service and the service people. Bob, Rich and Mariano are always polite, professional and geniunely "good people" to deal with. As a retail professional; it is not always easy to deal with the public. I have never seen anyone ever lose their cool. Bob was great in assisting me with my 30,000 mile service on my truck. I sincerley hope Chapman realizes the caliber of individuals they have, working the service counter.

Nice facility/good service
I entered for service and was greeted immediately by the service attendant and paperwork was ready to be entered into the system; Drive in service area is nice. Everyone was very courteous and helpful.
