Fantastic Experience
To sum everything up quickly, I was approved for a loan on Thursday with my own financial institution. At the last minute I decided I wanted a car this weekend and drove to countless dealerships on Friday looking for the best deal. I went to C & C Ford Friday night just to see what they had available and was introduced to my salesman, William Wong. They did not have what I wanted (Mustang v6 Premium Convertible) on their lot but I took what they did have out for a test drive. Of course, William wanted to sell me what was on the lot but unfortunately it was not what I wanted, so I passed. First thing Saturday morning, I get a voicemail from William thanking me for stopping in to see him. He also let me know that he found the car with the features I wanted at a another Ford dealership 2 hours away. William also mentioned that he could crunch some numbers and could guarantee me the best business because their saying is, "We will not lose business over price". Well he was right, I was offered the best price out of all the dealerships and even went with their financing because they found me a rate better than what I currently had. I'd also like to mention that William and the dealership went above and beyond for allowing William to drive to Lebanon, Pa to pick up the car and drive it back so that I could have it by close of business Saturday. Keep in mind this is 3.5 to 4 hour total drive on a Saturday with the business closing at 6PM. William left to get the car around 2:30 PM and returned as promised, right before closing time. Unfortunately I was the last one to leave and kept them open later than expected but everyone I came in contact with said it was no problem. I applaud and appreciate William wanting to do this and for the dealership allowing him to do this. Everyone could have easily said come back Monday. I will recommend everyone I know to William and C & C Ford. Thank you so much for your hard work and going above and beyond for me. I'm am happily enjoying my Used 2013 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible.

Another wonderful experience at C & C
My family and I have been working with C&C for the past 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I had another wonderful experience again on April 1, when I purchased my 2012 Jeep Liberty. Steve Herndon was my salesman. The walls in his cubicle are covered with sales awards. He is my top salesman and if he isn't he dealership's top guy, he should be. If you have a bad experience at C&C, it's not because of C&C, it's because you just can't be satisfied!

Great Experience
A very positive experience. The Chapman team did a great job explaining everything about the car?s safety rating as well as all of the features in my new Minivan. I could see they were working hard to get me a good & fair deal. I will be back!!! I tell everyone looking for a vehicle talk to the people at Chapman, they go out of their way for the customer and treat you with the utmost of respect. Come On Now
I say Come On Now due to the fact that they think they are a serious car dealership? I go to get my vehicle serviced, wait for literally 2 hours to have an oil change, rotate & this multipoint check they come out after an hour to tell me I need over $1000 in services, come on now (again) I have a 2010 explorer with 43000 miles. The entire time I was there this overweight guy is screaming and talking down to the employees, I later find out it is "part" owner, again, come on now. If you want the most horrible service you can ever have go to this dump of a facility.

i was lied to by someone
I went to the dealership after being told that I could finance a car over the phone then had another salesmen and I guess because he didn't want to do the paper work for the loan he said that we can not finance it after driving an hour to see the car. He didn't even try he told us there is nothing that he can do. and I had cash in my pocket for a down payment there the ones missing out. My grand parents would not bye any car from anyone but them. I will NEVER go back there and will tell my story to everyone I know that thinks about going there

Honest Salesman, Treated my family with respect
I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Chapman in October and am extremely happy with my purchase; My salesman Dave Althouse and the salesmanager Tom Borah were a pleasure to do business with and treated my family and I with respect and made us feel like we were the only people who mattered throught out dealership.The people in finance were great. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle talk to the people at Chapman, they go far and above to make sure that their customers treated with the utmost of respect. It has definitely been a pleasure to deal the people here. I have bought a lot of cars in my 56 years and this expierence has been by far the best and most pleasureable of all.
