Genuine people , family atmosphere , no pressure

I cant express enough how enjoyable , yes enjoyable to purchase a vehicle at C&C Chapman Horsham . They went out of their way for me , cared about my needs , and LISTENED ! Love my car thanks guys .

Excellent Place

I had been searching for a newer used truck to buy for my husband for a while, many that I have found that we thought that we would like, we found that something major was wrong, the price was too high for what the truck really was, or the experience with the salesman was not pleasant or honest. While searching cars.com, I came across a 2006 Chevy Silverado that was right near our price range, so I contacted the dealer and the response was quick and pleasant; we then made arrangements to come and look at the truck that weekend. We did like the truck and the direct and uncomplicated process to buy the truck. I want to say our whole experience there was excellent!

Honest, reliable service

I have been going to C and C for the past 4 years. I use the Fast Lane and the service center, and both places have excellent, respectful service associates. The snack bar is great, too! I always feel like I am given a fair estimate on anything that needs to be fixed with my car.

Good Experience

My wife and I arrived at C&C after visiting three other dealerships. By far the experience we had at C&C was the best. Our sales person (Fred Bell) greeted us, was very attentive to our needs, showed inventory and finished the sale promptly.

Ford Escape Repair

I had my Ford Escape repaired. The repair was completed on time. They were very courteous. They repaired an oil leak in the engine.

Horrible customer service

After driving approximately an hour to check out a car they had we were greeted by Angelica. We arrived approximately 5:25pm and they close at 6pm. Angelica who was not very helpful at all she kept looking at her watch checking the time. When she took us to see the car she kept mentioning the time. She told us the vehicle was in an accident and another person who was interested in it did not want it because of that. So we asked if we could see the Carfax and she looked in side the vehicle then she said, "oh, I left one in it maybe someone took it." So we never received a copy of the Carfax, she did not even offer to go get another one. I was still interested but I just needed some details of the accident and I mentioned that to her. I just needed to know what part of the vehicle was hit and when it was hit. She was not interested in helping at all, she said we could test drive, but the time is late. I understand we did not have an appointment, however we drove approximately 1 hour from New Jersey. I even had my own financing already.

Check the Mileage First

Saw a vehicle listed by this dealer with 25K miles. When I got to the dealership, the car had 50K on the odometer. Showed ad to sales rep, who showed her manager. Manager came back (15 minutes later), noted the "small discrepancy" in mileage, and offered $500 less than asking price, saying the car was "already discounted". Complete waste of time. AVOID!!!
