Drove to dealership to look at car advertised on cars.com. When I arrived, I was told by a sales rep that the price was a "mistake", and would I like to look at other vehicles.Showed them the printed cars.com ad. They refused to sell me the car at the advertised price.

I recently purchased a certified vehicle from this dealer. The dealership is what is referred to as a model for a "best practice." My salesmen wae very friendly, knowledgeable aand attentive. Spoke twice to an internet sales rep to schedule an appointment to look at a used Maxima, drove 45 minutes to the dealership to be told that the car was sold a half hour before I got there. The salesman tried to blame it on miscommunication between the internet sales department and the sales people. When the papers were being signed for the sale, I should have been contacted on my cell to be informed the car was sold. The salesman was very difficult, uncooperative and not understanding of the inconvenience and did not try to rectify the situation. At the minimum, he could have least offered to pay the $3 toll. Totally wasted a night of car searching due to their incompetence.

C&C FORD is good in my book. they gave me a complete history on the used mustang i just purchased. low miles only 4,000 on it and it was perfect. I love my new car ( well used car really but new to me.) You can feel good about buying from these guys. call the internet sales team they are very helpful and won't badger you into buyin a car. good luck everyone.
