We purchased a new Toyota Tundra, we worked with a salesman named Joe. He was an absolute pleasure. Unfortunately we did end up walking out as soon as we met Daryl, the General Sales Manager. He was arrogant, looking to contradict anything we said. We had done a LOT of research on this truck, spoke numbers with multiple dealerships. We made it to this dealership because the exact color and upgrades we wanted were on a truck that was in stock. Daryl came over the the desk with a chip on his shoulder. He was not pleasant, not welcoming, didn't seem to want to meet in the middle of the his number and our number. From what I understand he has been there for a long time. If he is an asset to the company he should be sent for classes to work on how to speak to people, how to work with people, and not be a jerk. He is in sales. Talk to Joe and learn how to work with people. Joe was THE ONLY reason we came back to purchase the truck from him.

I felt the negotiation on pricing for the vehicle was fair. I would consider purchasing a vehicle in the future with this dealership. The sales person I worked with was Steven Serino not Mr Goldberg so I am not able to give a 5 star rating.
