We have been loyal customers of Joe Machens Ford for many, many years. We have always been treated fairly and have never had a bad experience. Tom Hughey has been our go to person. We have great respect for Tom and would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a vehicle.

We came from two hours away because Machens had the best stock selection. Working with Dan Berry was a pleasure, and we were very satisfied with the new vehicle price and our trade-in allowance. We've bought dozens of vehicles over the last 50 years, with a few pushy or tricky salesmen and difficult dealerships along the way, but our experience with Dan, Marc Weiner and Machens was as good as it gets. Made the four hour round trips worth it.

First time purchasing with Machen's and we couldn't have been happier. We were given a fair trade value for my husbands truck and the staff was professional and very helpful. When I picked up the new vehicle a couple days later, Ryan (our salesman) spent more time than he needed to ensure I was familiar with all the bells and whistles & comfortable in my new SUV. We will return.

In 2014 Joe Machens helped me out of a difficult...

In 2014 Joe Machens helped me out of a difficult situation. Gary and Marc were a pleasure to work with and did everything they could to get me in a reliable car that I could afford. Ever since then I spoke extremely highly of Joe Machens despite hearing a lot of negative reviews about them the past couple of years from friends and colleagues. Fast forward to today when I came back to Joe Machens tp purchase a new family friendly vehicle as a Mustang just doesn't fit a car seat for my 7 month old daughter. This time I had a pre approved loan through a local credit union and speaking with her over the numbers it looked like we were going to be able to make a deal within the budget my wife and I decided on. I was excited to walk in, sign a couple documents, and walk out with the new car. When I got to Machens it was an entirely different story. They decided to lower my trade in value much lower than the original amount discussed and this threw the entire budget off. Marc once again worked very hard to make things fit but they wouldn't budge on their pricing either way. In comes the salesperson (who I won't mention) who then TELLS me I HAVE to get this vehicle because it's only X amount difference than what I was quoted. I was taken aback because what right does he have to demand me to do something outside of my allotted budget? Completely inappropriate. He then doubles and tries to guilt trip me saying that the other dealership had two other buyers and he held them off saying that this vehicle was sold. Why in the world do I care about that? Why are you trying to guilt trip me into a deal that could potentially put me into financial hardship? I walked away from the deal learning a valuable lesson. Joe Machens no longer cares about you as a person. They don't care about your budget. They don't care about your needs. They don't care about helping you. They don't care that this vehicle would help my wife and I so we didn't have to keep switching vehicles across town all day. They only care about getting a deal done and getting money in their wallet. Looks like rather than sticking up for you guys you have created yet another person who will tell everyone they know to avoid you at all costs.

I’ve dealt with Mark Dietzl before. We get along well and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is going well as far as the customer goes. Not a high pressure guy but will ask if you want to buy the vehicle at which you are looking. Mark Wiener went out of his way to find me a great deal on my loan and even found something on a previous car loan that save me a good amount of money. Both guys great to work with.
