They sold me a car with a temporary fix.

They sold me a car with a temporary fix. When I got into my car the next morning, the backup camera no longer worked. I talked to one of the guys about it. He took my number & said he would get back with me. Never heard another word. I also could feel a weird road handling when driving in parking lots. When I checked my tires, I found every tire was worn differently. Bought 4 new tires & the problem went away. About 3 weeks after I bought the car, someone called & asked if I would fill out the survey. I commented about the issue with the camera. He said he would talk with his boss & get back with me. Still haven’t heard from anyone.

And How does your dealership plan on possibility resolving this problem with low balling me on my trade in! I bought a 2023 ford escape from your dealership 6 months ago for $33.000, and after multiple electrical issues with the escspe with 6800miles. You give me $22.000 and charge me $26.500 for a f150 i buy from you all! So if you dont plan on giving me a fair dollar amount on my trade in back. Then you cant help me! You've made your last penny from me!

Lyndse Hughes, my salesman, made finding the right car an outstanding experience. He didn't try to "sell me a car", instead, he made sure I found the vehicle that best met my needs. Lyndse is knowledgeable, patient and wants the buyer to be happy with their decision. Nick Rauch, finance department, explained all the details of the purchase in a clear and understandable way. This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria. My previous experience with the dealership caused me to stop here first when I was ready for a replacement car. Their service department is great! I have recommended this dealership to family and friends.

My initial experience at Mike Castrucci Lincoln of Alexandria seemed positive when I went to purchase a car, armed with a pre-approval that was valid until December 31. My purchase on December 22 appeared to go off without a hitch, but the situation deteriorated significantly from there. A month after my purchase, I was unexpectedly informed via text message that my pre-approval had supposedly expired—contrary to the actual expiration date. This was not only an incorrect assertion but also communicated to me belatedly. Further complicating matters. The real shock came on February 6, when I learned from my bank that a new loan had been processed without my prior knowledge or consent. This new loan not only had a different finance amount and APR but also contained false information. To make matters worse, I discovered I was past due on payments for this unanticipated loan, exacerbating an already stressful situation. This ordeal has been both frustrating and disappointing, stemming from a lack of clear and timely communication from the dealership and, more concerningly, the unauthorized submission of a new loan application with inaccurate details. The handling of financial matters and customer interactions in this manner is unacceptable and has significantly tarnished my perception of Mike Castrucci Lincoln of Alexandria. I urge the dealership to thoroughly review and improve their finance and communication protocols to prevent future customers from facing similar distressing experiences.
