The faulty Infotainment system was replaced under warranty. Both drop-off and pickup were a breeze and the loaner car was great.

Very good express service. Advisor was very helpful and informative. Through job explaining the service work and inspection. Unfortunately I did not catch the advisor’s name as the service center was experiencing computer and WiFi problems.

Prompt service; express service was on time; comfortable waiting area; my usual service rep not on duty (Peggy) but Jay was thorough and helpful; was able to set appt via phone but had to make numerous call attempts as I was put on hold too long and hung up; when I did reach service rep on phone at time of setting appt, my wait was less that a minute and I got express service appt within the timeframe I specified.

I appreciated the fast attention when I drove in.. The time to get my car serviced was within the 90 minute window I was given. After the service, I was clearly explained what was done to my car. It was fast and convenient.

Two years in a row I asked to have my wiper blades replaced and it did not happen. When I picked the car up, I waited to have the blades replaced. When I got home, I discovered that a white protective piece of plastic had not been removed from one of the wiper blades. I just hope the stuff under the hood was done with more care and attention. My breaks do seem a bit mushy now.
