Service department is terrible now.

Service department is terrible now. . Have bought two Subarus from this dealership and serviced them there for years. Last couple visits have been horrible. Took new WRX in for issues with infotainment and eyesight not working. Waited for over three hours and received no updates on what they were doing. Person shuttling car from service department was revving engine then slamming on brakes- absolutely unacceptable and made me unbelievably angry. Had tire plugged and couple days later the tire went completely flat while going 70 on freeway, almost caused accident. Clearly the plug was done incorrectly and took it to another dealership to have it looked at, that dealership called Wilde and they said “there’s nothing they would do” I will never go back and will make sure to tell everyone I talk to about Subaru dealerships to never go to Wilde!

Wilde Subaru is Very Warm and Inviting. Leasing a new Crosstrek turned out to be an overall enjoyable experience. Kaliee was Encouraging and Exceptional and Belmir was Awesome. The Vehicle arrived in Excellent Condition and the Leasing Process was both Professional and Accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ryan Stetz

We had a wonderful experience working with Ryan Stetz when purchasing our new Outback. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy, which we appreciated. We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted so that helped move the process along. He went with us on our test drive, pointing out how different features may be the same/different from our previous Outback. He kept the process moving, which can be long when buying a new car. I would recommend Ryan if you are looking for a car.

If you’re looking to purchase a car this is the place to go. Ryan was an amazing sales rep. Greeted us when we walked in, gave us quick and easy numbers on some cars and let us test drive. The signing process was also straight forward. We also were very pleased with the honesty on the numbers.

We leased a Subaru a couple of times from this location, each time working with Mike Frank. Mike was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of our questions in a patient and friendly manner. When we had additional questions in between leases, he was always ready to help. We highly recommend working with Mike for any of your needs at this dealership.

Brought my vehicle in because it needed rear bearings, i

Brought my vehicle in because it needed rear bearings, i told Ryan it needed bearings, he understood. 8 hrs later got a call and they said bearings are good. It is the heat shield making the noise. I told him i'm pretty sure it is the bearings. I was told again the bearings were good. He said but you do need brakes. So I said go ahead and fix them. A few hours later, got a call and figured the brakes were done. NOPE, i was told the bearings were bad and needed to be replaced. I asked what do mean you said they were good. Then i was told "well we never test drove the vehicle to see if they were actually bad" that will an additional $1600 cost. xxx I know you cannot look at a bearing and see that it is bad. I cannot believe they didn't test drive the vehicle. Basically, this was a bait and switch. I was total manipulated and played like a fool. BEWARE

Friendly but also very busy.

Friendly but also very busy. Had Uber to work while working on car. Didn’t receive call if & when car was ready. After getting ride from co-worker still didn’t know if car was ready. Thank fully was didn’t want to come back again. Was just there week ago waiting 2-hours & didn’t even look at it

I thought bringing my car into a dealership would be a really good experience. I wouldn’t say my experience was that good. I had several concerns after picking up my car and then had to return to have my service inspection completed satisfactory.
