Nice open facility.
Nice open facility. Currently seem a little short on sales persons, but once I got attached to one, it was smooth sailing. People I worked with were nice and accommodating. No pressure. No push. Everything went at my pace. The purchase time was tedious, but that has been the same for forever. I likes the all digital process with a flash drive to store instead of a mound of paperwork. Overall quite the pleasant experience.

Wilde Subaru completed excellent service on 2 recent trips. A nail was in my tire and no other company nearby was willing to fix it in a timely manner. I should’ve tried Wilde first! Also, hail caused a difficult problem correcting my Eyesight system. Wilde came through again. I couldn’t be happier.

The dealership I bought my Subaru from in MN always
The dealership I bought my Subaru from in MN always washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Wilde does not. I specifically asked that they do so, cleaned my car out for it, paid $700 in services, and came back unwashed and unclean. Was difficult to get a hold of them when returning phone call about additional work that needed my approval.
