Obviously, you are short handed with staff just like every other business, so the only reason I couldn't give the experience a "5" was that I waited for my vehicle from 8:30 - 3:30, to find out it wouldn't be ready until around closing that evening. My husband came to get me and we picked up the car the next day. Not a big deal, but not a "5" experience. My sales rep was Abby Zinca. She was great - good communication throughout the day and explanations of the work that needed to be done.

Had an appt for 8:15 am and was told my car would be
Had an appt for 8:15 am and was told my car would be ready for pick up at 12:30 pm. Called the service dept at 2 pm to find out when my car would be done. Was told it would be another hour. A 2 1/2 hour delay is not acceptable.
