Dominic Spano the service advisor provided very good service, gave an estimate for service, provided their diagnosis and the course of action and timeframe (part had to be ordered) provided a loaner vehicle and promptly called when repair was complete. And the best part was that the repair was covered under Subaru's extended warranty. Thanks!!!

Dominic Spano provided excellent service for my 36,000 mile check for my Subaru Crosstrek. Kept me informed throughout the day about the progress. Always had a smile, even though it was busy. Wilde service guys are the best. Love that Wilde is dog friendly too.

Great experience on diagnostic issue when engine light

Great experience on diagnostic issue when engine light came on. Fast response, easy process, and they gave me a loaner vehicle to drive during the repair. I’ve used four dealers in two states over the lifetime of my Subaru and Wilde gets top marks from me. They’re out of the way from where I live, but I’ll go back because they far exceeded the service of the dealer closest to my home.

Excellent service - awesome dog friendly lobby with

Excellent service - awesome dog friendly lobby with treats for doggo and customer. Free WIFI is nice. Fun music playing in the lobby. Front desk gal was so fun - pet my dog and gave him a Subby tennis ball & WRX dog toy! So cool! Wait time so so for an oil change / tire rotation but the lobby was full so maybe this was the reason? Overall a Fabulous experience + staff!
